A public university in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, the University of Mataram (UNRAM) was established on October 1, 1962. The university has 10 faculties and offers 44 degree courses: seven Diploma-level (D-3), 29 undergraduate courses (S-1) and eight Masters-level (S-2). UNRAM’s central office is located Jalan Majapahit No. 62, Mataram. The university’s current rector, Professor Sunarpi, was appointed in 2009.

P4TK BMTI (TEDC) Bandung
TEDC Bandung is the national training centre under the Ministry of Education responsible for delivering training programmes to teachers and education staff on Engineering and Industrial Engineering, including Renewable Energy. TEDC conducts in-service training for SMK teachers and also assists DTVE in developing the content of curriculum for SMK and short-term professional certification courses. TEDC has led the development of nationally approved competency standards and certification systems for a number of fields including mechanical and electrical engineering, welding and fabrication and IT. TEDC Bandung is home to the ASEAN Hydropower Competence Centre (HYCOM), an international training facility promoting mini hydro- power development (<1MW) and dissemination of know-how in the sector. HYCOM is equipped with a high class Swiss hydraulic laboratory and offers training on all aspects of the development and implementation of mini hydropower.

Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC)
MCC is an innovative and independent agency of the US government, which aims to help alleviate poverty globally. Formed by the US Congress in 2004, MCC has distributed Compact Grants worth US $ 11.2 billion for 27 countries committed to good governance, economic freedom and investments in their citizens. Compact Grants are competitive, meaning that the candidate countries must compete in a transparent selection process.
MCC holds the principle of country-led solutions and country-led implementation, so that the countries that receive the grants have the discretion and authority to identify problems and solutions, and to develop and implement its program.
